5 BBL 2 Vessel Brewhouse

Product Description:

1) Available capacity: 5BBL

2) Heating way: Steam , Electric or Direct Fire  (Heating optional).

3) All the welds are full TIG welded by water spray method to ensure uniform weld pattern with full pickling & passivation.

4) All Construction is from SUS304 food grade stainless steel, all pipes are SUS304.

5) Stainless steel antislip cover plate or grating is available for the platform stand.

6) All jackets will be tested using water pressure testing, testing pressure: 0.6Mpa (6Bar) & working pressure: 0.2Mpa (2Bar).

7) All tanks will be pressure tested for 24 hours before leaving the factory.

8) Variable speed drives on pumps, motors and agitators.

9) All Gaskets are manufactured with EPDM.

10) Insulation material: polyurethane, 80mm thickness.

11) 2 vessels Brewhouse is widely used in nano brewery, microbrewery and beer brewpubs.

A: Yes, all kind of beer could be brewed in our equipment.

A: Yes, we have the professional brewer to teach you how to brew, and we could give you the formulation after order placed.

Q: How long it will take to finish the production?

A: It depends on the capacity. Usually it’ll need 30 to 60 working days for the production and Pressure test.

Q: How long is the warranty?

A: Three year’s warranty for tanks and one year’s warranty for the accessories. All life service.

Q: How about the installation? Could your engineer go abroad for after-sale installation?

A: Of course. We have a engineer team of almost twenty people.The professional engineer could flight to your place for the installation and brewing first batch beer for you.
