Production Description

The carbon tube mill machine line is used to produce cold rolled and hot-rolled coiled steel with a thickness of 1.0-4.0mm from Φ30mm-Φ90mm. It uses unclosed pipe billets, which are subsequently welded into tubes and edge heated by a solid-state high-frequency welding machine. The carbon tube mill machine line rolls longitudinal seam welding, cooling, further sizing or forming, and in-line cutting of endless tubes of measured length.
