Main Machine Structure
The main machine of the Fluidized-Bed Jet Mill consists of a feeding device, a crushing chamber, a discharge port, a compressed air distribution tube and a nozzle. The feed nozzle and crushing nozzle is made of high strength wear-resistant ceramic, the nozzle structure meets the supersonic design requirements: the rest of the parts are lined with high strength, high wear-resistance and high temperature-resistant engineering ceramics, among which the feed venturi tube, ceramic ring, discharge port lining, the inner side of the upper and lower covers are made of high strength corundum. The piping, the outer cover of the main machine and other parts are made of high-quality stainless steel, the whole machine has a beautiful and compact appearance.
